NEW GOLF RESORT PRE-LAUNCH SALE

There are currently 66 plots of land on offer, of different size and location for buyers who may be interested to use this opportunity and grab their own plot to build a new home in the future. Please note that buyers will need to comply with the general architectural design and building requirements of the resort and use plans, materials and landscaping/gardening approach, and trees/plants that are indigenous to the flora of the region. The plots will be delivered to buyers in October 2023; the golf course and village square are expected to be delivered in July 2023. Buyers of plots may commence construction of their houses prior to the plot delivery date provided they obtain (through the Limassol Greens technical team or their own architect) the relevant building permit.

The building coefficient and coverage for the land plots is 30%; this means that in a plot sized 1000 square meters a house of 300 square meters of the internal covered area may be built on one or two floors with a maximum height of 8.45m. In addition, a basement may be built as well as 75 square meters of covered verandas/terraces (25% of buildable meters).
